Catholic Charities, 2911 South 4th Street, Room #004, Louisville, KY 40208. Please use the back door of the building.

Payment

Registration fees include all classroom materials and lunch. Click here to register and follow the instructions at the bottom of the registration form for payment. Your class placement is not guaranteed until the payment has been received. If not paying by credit card, make check or money order payable to Catholic Charities of Louisville, and send it to 2911 South 4th Street, Louisville, KY 40208, attention: Aida Juric. If you wish to pay in cash, we will gladly accept it at our offices and urge you not to mail cash.

Cancellation

If cancellation is received within seven days prior to the beginning of the class, full registration minus a 20% processing fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received with more than seven days notice, the registration will be applied to the next available training date. *Catholic Charities reserves the right to cancel any training class at any time. A full refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation.
