All employees must earn 12 hours of professional development each year, January through December.

• At least 3 of those hours must be internal to CCL, meaning all-staff retreats, meetings, and other opportunities.
• You may take advantage of trainings posted here, or pursue other opportunities as approved by your supervisor.
• NEW: You may earn up to 3 hours of credit when you volunteer with CCL.
