Please print and sign the acknowledgement form from the website and forward to Human Resources. Remember, these are agency policies and due to the varying nature of our work, individual programs and departments may also have supplemental policies or operating procedures. In the coming months, we will be working with these managers to develop.
It’s everyone’s favorite time of year! Employee Evaluations! Now is the time for all staff to complete your self-evaluation, an evaluation of your supervisor, an any other co-workers regardless if they are in your department or not. The self-evaluation can be downloaded from the website. You can complete it as a fillable Word form or print and complete by hand. Sign and forward a hard copy to your supervisor. The supervisor and co-worker evaluations are anonymous form that can be completed on the website. Please make sure your self-evaluation and online supervisor and co-worker forms are complete by May 17, 2019.
