Youth Mentors: New Horizons Mentoring – Form a Friendship While Helping a Refugee Student with School

  • Mentoring youth between the ages of 9-14 years
  • Strengthen a student’s study skills during this year long program!
  • Be a great role model and friend
  • Great for those looking to get involved outside of school/work hours

Long-Term Care Ombudsman:

  • Friendly visitors: Individuals looking to spend time with residents living in long-term care
  • Certified volunteer Ombudsmen: Individuals looking to advocate for the rights of residents living in long-term care

Administrative:

  • Development: Phone calls, filing, entering information into excel spread sheets (can be done remotely)
