Rouler, a fundraiser to support Catholic Charities held annually on Fat Tuesday, is a Mardi Gras-themed event featuring live music, authentic Cajun food, bar, raffles, silent auction and gaming that includes Roulette, Blackjack, Craps, and Bingo.
