Mateo has been digging in the dirt for as long as he can remember. He gardens and cares for house plants and lovebirds. Community gardening and neighborhood greening are two of the most vital things to build for the future, and he is really happy to be part of a crew that makes both of these things available to communities here in Louisville.

He consorts regularly with local musicians and currently plays electric mandolin in Isolation Tank Ensemble. He loves science fiction books, horror movies, live underground music/art shows, and taking a book to a dive bar.
