Erika is a graduate of WKU and UL, making Louisville her forever home. Throughout her career, Erika has worked to give a voice to individuals often marginalized. In her new role as the Director of Long- Term Care Ombudsman program, Erika is able to do two of her favorite things- advocate for residents of long-term care and lead the amazing team of Ombudsman serving our community! When not working Erika loves spending time with her husband, children, and family as well as traveling to destinations near and far.
