Walter is a native of Somerset, Kentucky, and a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University.  He has spent 27+ years working for Louisville Metro Government as a Community Engagement Manager; most recently with Louisville Parks and Recreation.  He is a proud father of a daughter and a son both in their early 20’s.  Walter is excited to be apart of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Team.
