Ashley is so excited to join Catholic Charities! She is a first-generation Mexican immigrant and came to the US with her parents when at 5 years old and is a DACA recipient. Ashley has been working with the immigrant populations of Southern Indiana and Louisville all her life. Before joining Catholic charities, she worked with a local immigration law office, a non-profit that served immigrants and the Indiana State Senate. She is a huge foodie and loves to learn new recipes. Ashley loves to travel and explore new cities. In Ashley’s free time she loves to be in nature and for the past two years has been cultivating her vegetable garden.
