Catholic Charities partnered with the Mayor’s office, Dare to Care, and Cash Saver to launch the Oasis to provide fresh food at affordable prices to the Russell neighborhood. Thank you to everyone who participated in the press conference on July 12, 2018 at the Sister Visitor Center.
