As we have in the past, our agency office hours will be adjusted for a ten-week period this summer.

Effective Monday, June 3, 2024 and continuing through Friday, August 9, 2024, all staff are asked to work from either 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and shorten their lunch break to 45 minutes to allow the offices to close on Fridays at 12:30 PM. The first Friday affected will be June 7, 2024.

Your manager will advise how this schedule will affect your department. Please note that during this time period, when a Friday is used as a vacation, personal or sick day, a full day will be charged.
