Jana is excited to join the Sister Visitor Center as Food Pantry Coordinator and brings years of non-profit experience at local organizations to her position, including Bellarmine University, Waldorf School of Louisville and Hildegard House. She is an IU graduate and has an MFA from the University of Oregon. Jana lives in Crescent Hill and has two sons, both of whom live and work in Louisville. As an organic vegetable farmer for many years, Jana is happy to be part of the Food Pantry team providing healthy food choices for so many who are in need. Jana spends her free time hiking in the woods, getting her hands in the soil, taking photos and she enjoys providing free Reiki sessions to members of Gilda’s Club who are undergoing cancer treatment.
