More than half of you completed the All Staff Survey this summer. I learned a lot, as I always do when I hear from you directly.
Here are a few things I took away as important:
- The work isn’t over, but the effort we have put in to raise salaries, recognize great work, and address poor performance is showing up for you.
- You have more access to training and resources than you did three years ago, but there’s still room for improvement.
- The only area in which scores did not show significant improvement was Teamwork…and that is because we scored so highly in that area in 2017.
