As we have in the past, our agency office hours will be adjusted for a ten-week period this summer.

It is annual evaluation time again!

Our evaluation program is based on the 360-degree model, consisting of an employee self-evaluation, peer/supervisor evaluations (optional), and the formal evaluation completed by the supervisor. It is designed to provide for a well-rounded critique of performance as well as promote discussion of employee’s strengths, address any areas in need of improvement, and establish working goals to be evaluated during the next evaluation period.
