As part of our Humana Go365 wellness program, we are pleased to offer Biometric Screening again this year. For those who are currently enrolled in the Humana health insurance plan, there is no charge for the screening. That’s right; it’s FREE! You will also earn Go365 points and bucks.

The 10-minute screening is a set of quick checks:

• Height
• Weight
• Blood Pressure
• Body Mass Index
• Waist Measurement
• Blood draw to include
  • Total Cholesterol
  • HDL
  • LDL
  • Triglycerides
  • Fasting Glucose
• NOTE: Screening results will be uploaded automatically to GO365

Go365 Points and Bucks breakdown
You can earn a total of 4,000 Points and Bucks just for completing your biometric screening and with results that show you’re taking good care of yourself.

If you are participating in the screening:

• Remember to fast for at least 8 hours before the screening if possible.
• Be sure to take any medication normally and drink LOTS of water before the screening and up to 24 hours leading up.
