Location
- Location of the class will vary depending on the number of participants. This information will be communicated to confirmed participants prior to the start date.
Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is expected at the time of your registration.
- You may register and securely pay online with a credit card using the form to the right.
- If not paying by credit card, contact Language Services at 502.637.9786 (option 7) to make alternative payment arrangements.
Cancellation
- In the event you need to cancel your participation, you must notify Language Services immediately. You may transfer your registration to a future class or request a full refund. Cancellations received less than 7 (seven) days prior to the start date of your class will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the full tuition price of $650.
- Catholic Charities reserves the right to cancel any training class at any time. A full refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation.
Other Information
- You must be proficient in at least one language other than English. Language screening is required and you will be contacted prior to your registered session.
- Class space is limited and not guaranteed. You are encouraged to register early.
