It’s that time of year again
Hello Catholic Charities Staff! It is evaluation time again!
Our evaluation program is based on the 360-degree model, consisting of an employee self-evaluation, peer/supervisor evaluations (optional), and the formal evaluation completed by the supervisor. It is designed to provide for a well-rounded critique of performance as well as promote discussion of employee’s strengths, address any areas in need of improvement, and establish working goals to be evaluated during the next evaluation period.
All Staff are to complete their individual self-evaluations no later than the close of business on Friday, May 27, 2022. During this first stage of the evaluation process, you will access an on-line self-evaluation to document your perspective of your performance. Once complete, please submit a hard copy of this form to your supervisor.
You are also encouraged to complete the optional on-line evaluations for your supervisor and any other colleague(s). These assessments are anonymous and confidential – completed and submitted on-line. This information is provided to the respective supervisor of the employee being evaluated. These evaluations should also be completed by no later than the close of business on Friday, May 27, 2022.
