Hello everyone!

My name is Itzel Gonzalez, I am the new Volunteer Coordinator Long Term Care and I am so excited to be a part of the team.

A little bit about me, I was born and raised in Mexico before I immigrated to the US when I was 11 years old. I lived in Texas for most of my life before moving to Louisville.

I graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Social Work. I am currently an online student working on my MSW at the University of Texas at Arlington.

I have a miniature Australian Shappard that keeps me busy and who I dedicate most of my free time to. I am always looking to try new restaurants and looking for recommendations!
