Good day everyone!

My name is Julia Htoo (pronounced “too”) and I am joining MRS as a Refugee Cash Assistance Specialist. It is an honor to join the team as I were once a refugee, and I am looking forward to assist clients with similar backgrounds.

I was born and raised in Thailand refugee camp for approximately 12 years before immigrating to the US and lived in Columbia, SC, for 12 years before relocating to Louisville. I graduated from University of South Carolina with a degree in accounting.

When I have free time, I like to relax and contemplate the meaning of life.
I also volunteer my free time with organizations that I share values and missions with.
