The Association of Community Ministries is asking the public to help raise funds that will allow neighbors to pay their utility bills. (Sister Visitor Center is a member of the Association of Community Ministries.)

LG&E will match up to $200,000 of funds raised to help neighbors in need pay their utility bills and keep their lights on and air conditioners running.

Most, if not all, members of the association have expended a year’s worth of funding already trying to help folks keep their utilities on.
