Please join us for the return of a pre-COVID Catholic Charities tradition! Bring your lunch along to the Father Kent room and feed your brain along with your body. You will build your own knowledge while also building the Catholic Charities team.
Ahmed Hussein, Employment Services Coordinator in the Migration Refugee Services department, will be our guest presenter on the subject of Islam. Attendees will learn about the history of the religion, tenets of the faith, and different cultural practices among Muslims practicing today. Questions and dialogue are encouraged! We hope to build cultural competency among our staff and strengthen the global mindset that CCL work often requires.
