While I didn’t specifically have a best last day to share at the staff retreat,  I loved hearing everyone else share. I love knowing that we are so invested in what we do and the successes and victories of our clients, which are often a long time coming. Several of us reported crying upon witnessing family reunifications and feeling blessed to be able to accompany clients as they get into programs, find employment, win their immigration cases, and exercise agency to share and develop themselves as they wish in a new country filled with opportunities.
