Danny is a recent graduate of UofL Law School and is excited to be working at Catholic Charities. Outside of work, he enjoys movies and TV shows, time with family and friends, and the San Antonio Spurs.

Tanya Lancaster is joining Bakhita Empowerment Initiative as our Prevention Education Coordinator (Owensboro)!

Tanya is originally from Louisville and is excited to join the team as an Education Prevention Coordinator in the Owensboro area.  She has three master’s degrees in education from Spalding University  (Education MAT LBD/Counseling/and Administration).  Tanya recently started her 17th year as a Special Education Teacher in Daviess County.

Ryn Conley is joining Migration and Refugee Services as our Reception & Placement Caseworker!

Ryn is originally from Virginia and has lived in Louisville since 2018. She studied Global Studies at Boyce College and loves traveling, reading, being active, quilting, and spending time with her church community, Third Avenue, and her cats!

Ariana Mendoza is joining Migration and Refugee Services as our Refugee Cash Assistance Aide!

Ariana loves to bake & Cook, She loves trying new foods and spending time with her family, creating memories with her husband and daughters aged 5 & 3. Ariana aspires to explore more of nature, going out and seeing the mountains & the waterfalls.

Omar Chan is joining Migration and Refugee Services as our Data Management Specialist!

Omar was born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration in Operation and Information Management from Indiana University. He has spent 10+ years working in the non-profit industry. Omar loves traveling, running, cooking Latin American food, watching international soccer, and going to the beach.
