St. Vincent De Paul has received a grant to provide housing to survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. Survivors who are accepted into the program will have the option to participate in transitional housing or Rapid Re-housing (RRH). Family Support Services is partnering with SVDP and will have two staff who provide case management services to individuals who participate in RRH. In this training, Shalah will explain who is eligible for this service, how clients can be referred, and the role of the case managers on her team. Join here:
