Shari Baughman has worked in business and fund development in the Louisville area for more than 25 years.  During that time, she worked for Blue Equity Publishing for 14 years, developing and managing media concepts like The Voice of Louisville, Churchill Downs Magazine, Best Dressed of Louisville, and Modern Louisville.

In 2019, Shari made the intentional decision to transition to the nonprofit sector where she grew collaborations and connections throughout the community. She is thrilled with the opportunity to serve as development manager and work on behalf of the programs and constituents of Catholic Charities of Louisville.

Shari has learned to take full advantage of her weekends away from the office and loves to gather her family together for cookouts, or meet with friends to hike, kayak, or sightsee.
