I was born in New Albany Indiana and lived throughout the south and briefly in Hawaii before I ended up in Louisville as a teenager. I attended Ballard and Central high school.
My food service career began at 17, when I worked at a mobile concession stand for a friend’s family. My first restaurant job was at a local fast casual serving scratch made comfort food (Andrews). From there I worked my way through the ranks of Louisville’s restaurant scene. I have spent my entire professional career in food service from fast casual to fine dining from line cook to owning my own restaurant.
I have always been dedicated to social justice and service so working for CCL at Common Table is the thing I’m most excited about.
