Volunteers from three universities gave their spring breaks in service to Catholic Charities of Louisville recently. You’ve probably seen these groups from–in order of pictures–Virginia Tech University, James Madison University, and St. John Fisher University. They were everywhere doing everything from helping to set up apartments, organizing the donation room, serving food at pantries, clearing garden plots with Common Earth Gardens, and helping to build beds with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a ministry that CCL supports with workshop space where they build beds for children who don’t have them. Thanks to those of you who worked with our guests!
