This is a fascinating adventure. The room is buzzing with people speaking Kinyarwanda, Kiswahili, Spanish, Arabic, Pashto, and Dari. They sit in small groups or huddle over computers, all learning to speak English from a teacher who speaks none of their languages. How in the world does that work? We’d love for you to find out. We need LOTS of volunteer English as Second Language (ESL) instructors. We will train you and you will amaze yourself. Even better, you will be amazed by the new neighbors you meet. Please contact Lauren at lgoldener@archlou.org for the adventure of a lifetime.
