I am thankful for my grandson. His weekly visits are the best thing in the world. I love his sense of humor and how we make each other laugh. I love being his Gigi!
Our friends at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Community donated an amazing amount of food and personal hygiene items to Sister Visitor Center last week.
This year I am thankful for my family and for being able to watch my grandkids grow every day, and especially through the holidays. I am also very thankful for all the friends and family I have around me at home, at work, and all around the world.
Meet Kevin and his mentor Jimmy.
It’s almost this pair’s 1-year-match-iversary! Since being matched in February, with Jimmy’s support, Kevin has made big progress in learning English. These days, Kevin can have conversations with friends and teachers, no problem! The two like playing soccer and games like Taboo and Guess Who. They also plan to celebrate Thanksgiving together, along with their families.
So grateful for these two.

I am thankful for my (soon to arrive) nephew Milo Kai. He is due to join us December 8th and will be the first grandchild/niece/nephew in our family. I have attached a picture of me and the mama-to-be.
