The accreditation application for Ana Cristina Caldera has been approved by the Recognition and Accreditation Program through the Office of Legal Access Programs/ Department Of Justice. Congrats Cristina!

CCL is an agency “recognized” by the Department of Justice/Executive Office for Immigration Review. That recognition gives CCL permission to employ non-lawyers to practice immigration law. Those non-lawyers must submit an application which demonstrates they have sufficient character, training, and knowledge to practice immigration law, and upon approval, they become “Accredited Representatives.”
