Potluck clean-up
This week’s community cleanup on Fourth Street was a bust because of weather, but participants did cleanup a potluck dinner! Who says you have to work for your supper?

Our evaluation program is based on the 360-degree model, consisting of an employee self-evaluation, peer/supervisor evaluations (optional), and the formal evaluation completed by the supervisor. It is designed to provide for a well-rounded critique of performance as well as promote discussion of employee’s strengths, address any areas in need of improvement, and establish working goals to be evaluated during the next evaluation period.
