Kentucky Bar Foundation makes gift to ILS
The Kentucky Bar Foundation this week awarded a $10,000 grant to Immigration Legal Services to make lower-cost and sometime no-cost legal counsel and representation available to immigrants and refugees.
Staff gave generously at recent staff retreat

We need help with lawn mowers, yard work
Many refugees who resettle to Louisville have never had yards. They certainly have never maintained them. And yet more and more we place larger refugee families in houses rather than apartments. Houses with yards. Can you help these new neighbors? You can help by donating mowers, volunteering to mow yards, or volunteering to teach families how to maintain their new yards.
