Raquell Jackson is the new Lexington case manager for Bakhita Empowerment Initiative. Raquell was born in Los Angeles, California and has five sisters and two brothers. She is mom to a 15-year-old son and describes herself as “an overall survivor.” She loves, church, singing and shopping. Welcome, Raquell!
