World Refugee Day Party!

World Refugee Day is June 20, but we celebrated today with the kiddos in the MRS Summer Program. They enjoyed story time with a librarian with Louisville Free Public Library, portraits by Quadrant Photography, making air-dry clay pots with staff from KMAC Museum, making finger puppets supplied by Squallis Puppeteers, dancing to the beat of Louisville City Drum Corp, playing soccer, and making chalk drawings under a rain […]

World Refugee Day

We will celebrate World Refugee Day (June 20) TOMORROW at the St. Anthony Campus with a party for children in our Summer Program.

Festivities from 10 a.m. to noon will include:

  • Making air-dry clay pots with staff from KMAC Museum
  • Workshopping puppeteering skills with professionals from Squallis Puppeteers
