HR is working with Humana Go365 to host another session of Biometric Screenings for Catholic Charities staff that participate in our Health benefits (spouses that are covered under our insurance are invited as well). We will have two dates to provide staff at both locations an opportunity to participate. If you are planning on participating please mark your calendars for Monday, March 15th at St. Anthony and Tuesday, March 16th at Fourth Street. Attached are fliers of additional information on the Humana Go365 program and the Biometric screenings. This is a wonderful opportunity to be proactive regarding our health and there is no excuse for not having enough time since it still be during business hours at work!
Please take a moment to read over the included material. If you are interested in participating, please follow the following instructions:
1. You will need to fast for at least 8 hours before the screening if possible
2. Take any medication normally
3. Drink LOTS of water before the screening and up to 24 hours leading up
